Terms of service
By using BakeVideos you agree to these terms. In short: the videos you make are yours to post and use commercially online; you must not use the service to make content that is illegal, deceptive or infringing; the service is provided as-is. Last updated 6 October 2026.
Your content and your videos
You own the text you type and the files you upload, and you are responsible for having the right to use them. You own the finished videos. You may post them on social platforms, use them in ads and on websites, and monetise them. You may not resell the footage or music inside them as stock, or use them in TV or radio broadcast, because the underlying footage and music licences do not allow that.
Footage, music and voices
Stock footage comes from Pexels and Pixabay under their licences, which allow commercial and social use without attribution. Music comes from a library licensed for online and social video without attribution. Voices are synthetic and carry no rights of a real person. A licence record is stored with every render. We cannot guarantee how any platform will treat a video (for example whether it is monetised); that is decided by the platform under its own rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive about real people or events, or that infringes someone's rights. Do not try to work around the fair-use limits, scrape the service, or interfere with it. We may remove content or block access that breaks these rules.
Plans and refunds
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions (see pricing), billed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and invoices. An account without a plan may make one free video; further videos need a plan, charged monthly from the day you subscribe. Videos are stored for as long as your plan is active; after you cancel, or while you have no plan, they are deleted 7 days later (never before a paid period ends). Download what you want to keep. A plan renews monthly until cancelled; cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid period and stops the next charge. The price you subscribe at stays the same for as long as the subscription stays active. If something went wrong with a charge, e-mail hello@bakevideos.com within 14 days and we will refund or fix it. Plan limits count new videos only; edits, re-renders and downloads are not limited. We may change plans and prices for new subscriptions at any time. The service may change, pause or stop; we aim to keep your videos available but you should download anything you want to keep.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
